Mgoun Valley: Valley of Roses

1 - Reservation and payment:

1.1. Reservation: To be final, the reservation must be accompanied with a 30% down payment of the total price, to be made by bank transfer.

1.2. Payment: The invoice shall be sent to the customer within the 15 days following the registration. The final installment shall have to be paid at the latest 30 days before the service fixed date. For all the reservations made less than one month before the departure date, the payment shall be made in one single installment for the totality of the price.

2 - Cancellation fees:

Should the customer be forced to cancel the reservation, he/she shall have to inform Bivouacs & Nature by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, with the date of reception of the said mail being retained as date of cancellation for the invoicing of the cancellation fees.

+ More than 45 days before departure: 20% of the total amount will be retained.
+ 44 days to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total amount will be retained.
+ 29 days to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
+ Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total amount will be kept.

3 - Liability:

Bivouacs & Nature shall by no means be liable for the consequences of the following events:

• Baggage loss or theft.
• Failure of presentation of travel documents, presentation of expired documents, or documents with insufficient validity at the frontier police, customs or checking.
• Unpredictable or insuperable incidents or events, occurring during the trip such as: political unrests, bad weather, flight delays, breakdowns, losses or theft of luggage or any other effects. The delay (s) resulting from one of the previous causes as well as the subsequent eventual modifications of the itinerary shall not bring about any claim for compensation for whatever reason, in particular due to the modification of the duration of the scheduled program. The possible additional expenses related to a disruption shall remain at the sole charge of the customer.
• Cancellation imposed by circumstances having a character of force majeure or for reasons related to the safety of the customers and/or upon injunction of an administrative authority.

4- Others:

• The pictures appearing in the site are for illustrative purposes only and have not any contractual character.
• Claims relating to the services of Bivouacs & Nature shall be addressed to Bivouacs & Nature by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied with supporting documents, within the month following the end of services.
